We’re looking forward to seeing you at ICCM! Here are a few things to note about conference fees, traveling to the conference, and the accommodations at Hannibal-LaGrange University.

Conference Fees

The base price for the conference is $220. ICCM starts with supper on Wednesday, June 24, and ends after lunch on Saturday, June 27.

Fees for room and board vary by lodging choice.

  • Private room: $195
  • 2-person room: $150
  • 3-person room: $135
  • Commuter, only meals: $105
  • Family member sharing same 2-person room: $150

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference workshops are $35, offered on June 23 and 24. Additional fees apply for meals and lodging.

Additional Fees

  • Shuttle to St. Louis airport: $30 – one way, $60 – round trip
  • Linens: $25

Discounts:

  • Early bird discount: save 25% by registering before April 15.
  • Save $25 if your organization is a member of Missio Nexus or is affiliated with a higher education institution.

More Information:

  • A shuttle from the St Louis Airport (STL) will be available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:00 PM. The shuttle will return to the airport on Saturday at approximately 3:00 PM. For more information, see the Schedule page.

  • If your flight is delayed or something comes up where you need to connect with a conference organizer, call (484) 808-2013.

  • If you specified that you’re bringing your own linens, please bring a pillow, sheets, blanket, mattress pad (if desired), and towel.

  • The beds at HLGU are twin size.

  • Bed linens, a towel and washcloth will be provided to those that are not bringing their own linens. Please remember to bring any toiletries you need.

  • There are no refrigerators in the rooms.

  • The temperature of the sleeping rooms is controlled individually.

  • Late-night chats and games are part of the fun at ICCM. We encourage you to soak in every moment of fellowship with like-minded geeks and techies!
