Current Status of Ground Transportation for Attendees Flying to Indianapolis

Ground transportation arrangements between Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and the ICCM Conference in Upland, Indiana are still being finalized. Attendees who anticipate needing ground transportation are encouraged to indicate this during the conference registration process. This information will help the planning committee coordinate transportation and share updates as they become available.

No transportation fee is collected at the time of registration. However, attendees who require shuttle service should plan to budget approximately $50 per person each way, or $100 for a round trip. When booking flights, please plan to arrive in time to meet a shuttle departing the airport at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, July 14. For return travel, schedule departure flights from Indianapolis no earlier than 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 18.

If you are unable to meet these recommended flight times, please contact ICCM Leadership (the email address is on the first page of the registration) so alternative arrangements can be discussed. Additional ground transportation details will be provided as they become available.

Please note that ICCM will be assisting with ground transportation only to and from Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Assistance with other airports or travel hubs will not be available.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds of ICCM conference registration fees are available if a cancellation request is submitted on or before June 21, 2026. After this date, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds.

If you find that you are unable to attend, instead of requesting a refund, you may request that your registration payment be donated to the ICCM scholarship fund.

All requests for refunds or donations must be submitted by the stated deadline.
