• Conference Dates: (advanced conference registration required – no registrations are allowed at the door).
    • Conference begins with supper at 5:15 pm, Wednesday, July 15th in the dining commons. Worship follows at 6:30 pm.
    • On-site check in for attendees begins at 2:00 pm on July 13th (Samuel Morris Hall).
    • Conference ends with lunch at 12:15 on Saturday, July 18th
    • All conference attendees must check out following the final lunch on Saturday, July 18th.
      Exception: Volunteers wishing to assist with post conference clean-up are welcome to stay for a couple extra hours.
  • Workshops (requires workshop registration in advance):
    • The Workshops will begin immediately after breakfast on Wednesday. Workshop participants are asked to register for Tuesday arrival.
    • On-site check in for workshop attendees begins at 2:00 pm (Samuel Morris Hall).
  • Optional Early Arrival Dates (open to volunteers or anyone else needing to arrive early – requires registration in advance):
    • Early arrivers may arrive on Tuesday, July 14th.
    • The first meal included for early arrivers is supper at 5:15 pm on the day of your registered early arrival.
    • On-site check in for early arrivers begins on 3 pm Monday or 2:00 pm Tuesday.
  • Shuttle service from and to Indianapolis Airport: (Attendees desiring shuttle service must register for the service in advance)
    • On Tuesday (for workshop attendees), a conference shuttle service will be available departing from the airport at 1:15 pm, 5:00 pm, and 9:15 pm for those who have requested the service in advance. Those on the 5:00 PM and 9:15 PM shuttle will miss dinner.
      • Shuttle drivers will try to accommodate those whose flights are slightly delayed, but conference participants might have to secure alternate travel arrangements if they are unable to meet the shuttle schedule.
      • The travel time from the airport to Taylor is approximately one and a half hours.
    • On Saturday, the shuttle service will depart Taylor at 1:00 pm (immediately following lunch), with a planned airport arrival of approximately 3:00 pm respectively.
